Vote Recommendations

The Vote Recommendations section contains our opinions about voting items at specific annual meetings that happen over the course of the year. We do not intend to cover every shareholder meeting. Rather, we pick and choose those meetings that interest us for one reason or another. Also, we offer our opinions about the issues of interest to us.

Remember, this is our opinion. We understand that there are a range of opinions on the issues we cover. Usually, there is no right answer. Therefore, we invite you to comment on our recommendations and make suggestions to us about those companies and proposals that are of interest to you.
